Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals still intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
